NEW MEMBERS ARE WELCOME

Come and join Mingara Aquatic Swimming Club! The club caters for all swimmers from beginners to elite. Club meets at Mingara One on selected Friday evenings, first race starting at 6.30pm.

New members are welcome to participate in up to two club nights to see if that’s what you are looking for  before having to Register with Swimming NSW for the 2011/2012 season. Come along, join in and get racing! It’s so much fun! Look at our swim club program for the next Friday that suits you.

2011/2012 REGISTRATION FEES

Swimmer $95.00 each / Non-Swimmer $25.00 each

What is included in the fee structure 1/10/2011-30/09/2012

  • Swimming Australia Fee.
  • Coast and Valley Swimming Area Fee.
  • Swimming NSW Fee.
  • Mingara Aquatic Swimming Club Inc. Fee.

All NEW and EXISTING MEMBERS are to register online through the MEMBER'S PORTAL.

Why should I register?

  • Swimmer - To have access to your Local Club, Inter-club, State, National and International Competition Swimming and identification within the swimming community.
  • Experience all levels of competition and be eligible for talent development.
  • Non-swimmer - All swimmers under 18 years require a registered non-swimmer (parent/guardian) when joining Mingara Aquatic Swimming Club.
  • Be an active participant within Mingara Aquatic Swimming Club, attend informal meetings to express your views and vote on changes to continually improve our club and environment for our children.

How do I get some Help?

 

REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS

All members  re-registering or registering with Swimming NSW for the first time will need to read and agree to our swim club code of behaviour during the ONLINE registration process. Our club's volunteer management committee are committed to ensure our club is a safe and friendly environment for our children and their parents/carers.

Mingara Aquatic Swimming Club Member Code of Behaviour

  1. Remember that children participate in sport for their enjoyment, not yours.

  2. Respect the rights, dignity and worth of others.

  3. Be fair, considerate and honest in all dealings with others.

  4. Be professional in and accept responsibility for your actions.

  5. Be a positive role model.

  6. Never argue with an official. Always use the appropriate rules and guidelines to resolve a dispute.

  7. Work equally hard for yourself and/or your team.

  8. Be a good sport. Applaud all good performances.

  9. Treat all members as you would like to be treated.

  10. Co-operate with your coach, team mates and opposition.

  11. Refrain from any form of victimisation, discrimination, harassment or abuse towards others, verbally or through any form of electronic medium (e.g. text messages, emailing, etc.).

  12. Do not use your power, strength or authority to intimidate others.

By registering, members have read and agree to the above and understand that any actions that contravene or breach this Code of Behaviour will lead to disciplinary action.

New Members to Swimming NSW:

Click on the MEMBER'S PORTAL. This is where you will register for this season and pay the fees ONLINE using your credit card.
You should select "
New Registration"

Existing Members of Swimming NSW:

You will notice the MEMBER'S PORTAL looks and operates differently this year.

You should select "Login" from the menu if you have ever registered with NSW Swimming before.

If you are a member of a family, you should have received the Username and Password for your family’s primary member in an email from your registrar. This is the only LOGIN information you will require as all of your family members are now linked together. Please LOGIN to the MEMEBR'S PORTAL using these details to renew  your membership as a family transaction.
